ozwin Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the ozwin platform — this is a legal agreement between you and us.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

To open an account and use the services on ozwin, you must be at least 21 years old. Registration or use of the service by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age at any time.

2.2 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide the following information accurately:

  • Full legal name (as per national identity card)
  • Correct date of birth
  • Valid email address
  • Mobile number
  • Permanent or current address in Bangladesh

Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are opened under the same person's name, both accounts will be closed and bonuses will be cancelled. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is also covered under this policy.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited. Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

Accepted payment methods for deposits on ozwin are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500. The maximum deposit amount depends on the specific method and the verification level of the account.

  • Deposits are generally processed instantly
  • Deposited funds must come only from your own bank or mobile account

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

For withdrawals above a certain amount or in cases of suspicious activity, we may request identity verification documents such as a copy of a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. This process is fully secure through SSL encryption.

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption and fair play processes.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

  • Account must be fully verified
  • A minimum deposit of ৳500 must be made
  • A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn
  • The bonus must be used within a specified period from the date it is awarded

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met. Certain games may count toward the wagering requirement at different contribution rates.

4.4 VIP Program

The ozwin VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Through regular play, you can advance to a higher tier:

  • Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Warning: Misuse of bonuses, claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, or attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses.

Game and Betting Rules

5.1 Game Providers

ozwin offers products from various reputable game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and many more. Each game is operated under the rules and conditions of the respective provider.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and market and are displayed in the game interface. It is not possible to place bets outside these limits.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs during a game (server disconnection, software issues, etc.), that round or bet may be considered void and the original bet amount will be refunded. The provider's decision is final.

5.4 Cricket Betting

For cricket betting, bets will be settled after the match result is confirmed from official sources (ICC, BPL board, etc.). If a match is abandoned due to rain or other reasons, the settlement of the relevant bets will follow ozwin's policy.

5.5 Jackpots and Special Games

An additional contribution fee may apply for jackpot games. The jackpot winning amount and method follow the game provider's rules.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using the platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
  • Automated betting through any software or bot
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
  • Money laundering or illegal financial activities
  • Harassing or threatening other players
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems

6.2 Fair Play

ozwin believes in fair play. If suspicious betting patterns or unusual gaming behaviour are detected, we may conduct an investigation and, if necessary, temporarily suspend the account.

6.3 Personal Use

The platform is for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Placing bets on behalf of others or using the service for professional syndicates is prohibited.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension or Closure by ozwin

ozwin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any part of these Terms
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Suspicion of fraud, deception, or illegal activity
  • Failure or refusal to complete identity verification
  • Operating multiple accounts

7.2 Closure at User Request

7.3 Balance After Account Closure

The original deposit balance of a legitimately closed account will be returned following ozwin's verification process. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited.
